1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the hl777 platform, including all content, features, services, games, sports betting markets and associated functionalities available at https://hl777.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on or otherwise using the hl777 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered account holders, depositing players and recipients of promotional offers. 3.2 Legal Capacity

You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Accounts may not be opened on behalf of another person.

3.3 Residential Restrictions

Users must not be resident in a Restricted Territory at the time of registration or at any subsequent time during which the Account remains active. It is your responsibility to determine whether access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. hl777 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside the jurisdictions in which it operates.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each User may hold only one registered Account on hl777. Duplicate accounts — whether identified by name, email address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address or other identifying information — will be closed without notice and all associated balances may be voided.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Accuracy

When registering an Account, you must provide true, accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes. hl777 reserves the right to verify any registration information at any time.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share access to your Account with any third party. hl777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.3 Notification of Breach

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify hl777 immediately via the support contact details set out in Section 17 of these Terms. hl777 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

4.4 Account Inactivity

Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period as specified in the Operator's current policy may be classified as dormant. Administrative fees may apply to dormant accounts in accordance with the Operator's published dormancy policy, which may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of impending dormancy status where practicable.

5. Terms of Use

By using the hl777 Platform, you agree to use it solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes, in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws. You further agree that:

• All bets, wagers and game decisions made through your Account are made by you personally and are final upon confirmation, subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market.
• You will not attempt to exploit technical malfunctions, errors or loopholes in the Platform's software or systems for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected technical fault may be voided.
• You will not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, collusion or other unlawful purpose.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that creates an unfair advantage.
• You will access and use the Platform only from jurisdictions where doing so is lawful, and you will not use proxy servers, VPNs or other circumvention tools to access the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

The payment methods available on hl777 are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Availability of specific methods — including but not limited to bank transfers, mobile wallets and cryptocurrency — is subject to change without prior notice and may vary depending on your location, account verification status and the Operator's current payment provider arrangements.

References to payment services including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are for contextual informational purposes only and do not constitute a representation that those services endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions. 6.2 Currency

Transactions on the Platform may be denominated in the currencies supported by the Operator at the time of the transaction. Where applicable, amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) are shown for contextual reference. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method used, where required under AML controls.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by hl777 are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each individual promotion. These Terms constitute the general framework; individual promotion terms take precedence in the event of any conflict.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30× Wagering Requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers to be completed before withdrawal of the bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

7.3 Game Contribution Weighting

Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Slot games may contribute 100% of wager value, while table games, live dealer games and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms. Users are advised to review game contribution weightings before opting into any bonus.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

hl777 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and suspend or close Accounts where it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using known low-risk hedging strategies solely to meet wagering requirements, or providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion.

7.5 Promotion Changes

hl777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in-progress by Users, subject to the original promotion terms remaining applicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hl777 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, voiding of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information, including misrepresenting age, identity or jurisdiction of residence.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using VPN, proxy or other circumvention technology.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, table games or any other player-vs-player format.
• Engaging in match-fixing, inside information wagering or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without explicit prior authorisation from the Operator.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals or any attempt to recover funds already withdrawn or wagered through false dispute mechanisms.
• Laundering funds through the Platform or using the Platform in a manner inconsistent with AML requirements.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening conduct directed at hl777 staff, agents or other users.

10. KYC & Identity Verification

10.1 Verification Requirements

hl777 is required to verify the identity, age and, where applicable, the source of funds of all Account holders. Verification may be triggered at registration, upon first withdrawal request, when a specified cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or at any other time the Operator deems necessary for compliance purposes.

10.2 Required Documents

Depending on your account status and transaction history, the following documents may be requested:

• Government-issued photo identification — valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement or official document showing your name and current address.

• A selfie or liveness verification — a photograph or short video taken in real time to confirm that the person submitting documents matches the ID provided.

10.3 Document Security

Users who receive such requests from any party purporting to represent hl777 should report them immediately to the support team.

10.4 Document Integrity

Users must not submit altered, obscured, digitally modified or otherwise falsified identity documents. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities.

10.5 Processing Delays

Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is completed to the Operator's satisfaction. Where verification is pending, Account access may be restricted to information-only functions. hl777 aims to complete standard verification reviews within the timeframes published in the Help section, but processing times may vary during periods of high volume or where additional documentation is required.

11. Responsible Gambling

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the hl777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos displayed on the Platform are proprietary to the Operator or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any trademark without prior written permission.

13. Liability & Warranties

13.1 Platform Availability

hl777 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator reserves the right to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect Platform availability.

13.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hl777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use or loss of reputation — arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory.

13.3 Information Accuracy

While hl777 endeavours to ensure that all content — including odds information, game guides, payment method descriptions and regulatory context — is accurate at the time of publication, the Operator makes no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy or currency of any information on the Platform. Users should independently verify material information before relying on it for any financial decision.

13.4 Third-Party Services

hl777 may integrate or reference third-party services, including game providers, payment processors and data suppliers. The Operator is not responsible for the conduct, availability, accuracy or terms of any third-party service. References to third-party payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — do not constitute an endorsement of those services or a representation that they support gambling transactions.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Operator-Initiated Closure

hl777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where the Operator determines that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account may be involved in fraudulent, criminal or AML-relevant activity.
• A duplicate Account has been identified.
• The User is accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• A self-exclusion request has been received or matched against an existing exclusion register.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to the Operator.

14.2 User-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the hl777 support team at the details in Section 17. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the eligible payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account, all licences granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 12, 13 and 15 — shall continue to apply following Account closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as specified in the Operator's current licensing documentation. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

15.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should in the first instance contact hl777's customer support team with full details of the issue. The Operator will acknowledge your complaint and provide a substantive response within the timeframes published in the Help section. Where a complaint cannot be resolved by customer support, it may be escalated in accordance with the Operator's formal complaints procedure.

15.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

Where a dispute remains unresolved following the Operator's internal complaints process, you may have the right to refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service or regulatory body, depending on the Operator's licence jurisdiction. Details of any applicable ADR scheme will be provided in the Operator's complaint escalation documentation.

16. Amendments to These Terms

hl777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users by email notification, on-site notification, or both, no less than fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory instruction, or where the amendment is necessary to address an urgent security or compliance matter.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is shown in the Effective Date noted at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
